Ali-Radicali

So, I haven't posted anything here in ages, so I figured I might as well give it a go. I've been getting a lot of hits recently (thank you, watcherfolk), and suddenly the 10000 pageview milestone is looming. Anyone who manages to make a screenshot gets a free stencil. Also, since I haven't really been getting any commissions done, I figured I'd extend an open invitation to anyone who wants to see their art stenciled: If you've got a cool photo or illustration that you don't mind me using for stencil art, just send me a link and I'll see if I agree.

So, my website/shop has finally been launched. Check out AliRadicali.com if you're interested in buying some stencil art. There's still a lot of work to be done, but for now I'm glad that business is finally underway. For the time being, business is still slow, so my prices are still low. Selling Tshirts on Queen's day was a blast, even though I overslept by three hours. The weather was amazing, the people were pretty nice, and I managed to sell quite a few shirts.

Lots happened since my last journal. For one thing, I've been making stencils for over a year now (though not as frequently as the last two months. These days I bring a pile of pre-drawn stencils to the university to have something to do during lectures D: I'm planning to sell stenciled t-shirts on Queen's Day, a Dutch holiday with a giant free flea market and lots of parties in most towns. Needless to say, it's going to be crazy here in Amsterdam (it usually is), so I hope my first venture into capitalism will work.
